-All orders shipped with Fedex ground or Canada Post, whatever makes more sense for the order.

-Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

-Tracking number may be provided.

-By purchasing from WDS you agree to pay $25 restock fee for returns.

-Didgeridoos/whistles/owls cannot be returned (mouth instruments).

-Must be returned with original packaging + paperwork or additional $10 return fee will be applied on top of the restock fee ($35 charge total).

-A 100% refund will be applied to returns (before the applicable fees are charged).

-We do not refund the return shipping fees.

-We accept payments by Mastercard and Visa via Paypal. We also accept check by mail sent to Suite 8-12180 Horseshoe Way, Richmond BC V7A 4V5.

-We are not responsible for stolen packages, if you need to require a signature for delivery you have to notify us prior to processing order.

-Our website uses 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which is the internet standard for encrypted security.

-We do not disclose personal information with anyone for any reason, we guarantee your personal security 100%.

-Our images and content are owned by WDS and protected under copyright laws.

-Warranties cover transit damage (within 3 days), we must be contacted immediately about transit damage within 3 days of receipt and the product must not be used, pictures of the damaged product including the original packaging may be required for proof.

-Torn drum skins in transit?? Either we ship a free replacement head or skin for cutomer to fix themselves, or customer pays the return shipping of the drum and we will send a replacement.

-General warranties – product quality and craftsmanship before use of the drum (30 days).

-Damage caused from abuse, neglect, or any mishandling from a person or incident is not covered.

-Free shipping over $199.99 to Provincial Canada and the lower 48 states.

-Exclusions: Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut.
